In many universities of Ukraine over the past five years, and especially violently today, in connection with the coronavirus pandemic and the war, distance education systems have been implemented and are being further developed. As is characteristic of entering any previously unknown educational space, this process takes place in a variety of ways, more on the basis of gaining practical experience and correcting inevitable mistakes or imperfections. Meanwhile, the creators of educational distance systems are more and more united in fundamental decisions regarding both their technical implementation and methodological basis. Priorities in the further development of distance education also become common to them. In this article, the authors discuss the following priorities for distance military education, which have been largely highlighted by the current war.
