The idea of «using digital opportunities effectively» began to be considered as a need in the field of education and training long ago, and has turned into a mandatory practice in the COVID-19 Pandemic. In this process, the advantages of distance education methods that can be integrated into formal or face-to-face education have been seen once again. Distance education is a multidimensional process involving education conducted over long distances and mediated by instructional technology. Distance learning, one of the virtual environments, has eliminated the time and place dependence for the individuals and appealed learning style of each individual. Web-based distance education has been made possible in recent times because of the convergence of the growing interest in life long learning and unprecedented rapid developments in information and communication technology. These developments have had great impact on teaching and learning in general and distance education in particular. When the distance education is planning, it should be taken decisions that affect all aspects of the education system. In this study is to explain destance education programs.

War is always stressful for people, especially teenagers and young people, as they are the most vulnerable part of society in the process of social development and growing up. At this age, pupils and students are studying, and therefore, they are part of the circle of people who need support for their moral state. Currently, the field of psychological support in Ukraine is not sufficiently developed, so it is more difficult for Ukrainians to get out of a difficult moral situation than in other countries of Europe and America. In our time, during the war, educational institutions become the main centers of studentship, which provide not only knowledge, but also psychological support, a sense of belonging to the student community. One of the main tasks of educational institutions is daily psychological help and emotional support of participants in the educational process. First psychological aid and emotional support at all levels of educational institutions are provided by all educators. Students' parents and mass media are also involved in the process. The use of these recommendations will help teachers to overcome psychological exhaustion during the war and will contribute to the further regulation of their psychological well-being during the training of future specialists in the conditions of the war of russian aggression against Ukraine.

The article considers the problems and needs of teachers during the organization of distance and blended learning in the conditions of war. The paper presents the results of the online survey «Readiness and needs of teachers regarding the use of digital tools and ICT in war conditions: 2023», which was conducted by the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in March - April 2023. DYNAMIC EFFECTS OF STUDENTS’ ATTENTION CONCENTRATION AT DISTANCE LEARNING CONDITIONS DURING MARTIAL LAW

The article examines changes in students’ concentration during distance lectures. The effects of the language of instruction, students’ motivation, as well as their subjective assessment of the usefulness of the knowledge they receive, and the contribution of the teacher’s oratorical qualities (timbre, voice power, changes in the pace and volume of speech) are studied. Using the basic psychophysical laws, a two-dimensional psychological space is constructed and based on the description of the effects of attention generation and dissipation, a mathematical (phenomenological) model of the dynamics of attention depending on volume and timbre is proposed, and its identification is carried out based on processing large-scale empirical data of the Alfred Nobel University. The problems of further development of ideas about the construction of a multidimensional psychological profile where external arousal occurs are separately considered. The data on the influence of the language of instruction on the dynamic effects of students’ concentration are obtained, and the mechanisms of influence of other factors outside the psychological profile are considered. Statistical comparisons of empirical data obtained under different conditions are carried out, based on which it was concluded that the transition to English as the language of instruction objectively leads to a lengthening of the period of concentration of students’ attention during distance learning.

МATHEMATICAL SERVICES AND CLOUD SOLUTIONS: ЕFFECTIVE TRANSFORMATION OF MATHEMATICS EDUCATION

This article investigates the issue of quality organization of mathematics teaching in educational institutions, with a focus on the adaptation of mathematical services. The algorithms for studying the adaptation process of mathematical services for their utilization in mathematics teaching in educational institutions are proposed and described. Well-known mathematical software environments such as MATLAB, Wolfram Mathematica, MathCAD, GeoGebra, as well as cloud services including Wolfram Alpha and PhET Interactive Simulations, are examined. A comparative analysis of these products is conducted in terms of their adaptation for studying mathematics in educational institutions. The discussed algorithms are recommended as an alternative approach for effectively selecting mathematical services with the aim of improving the quality of mathematics teaching in educational institutions. The analysis and comparison of various mathematical services provide a more informed decision-making process when choosing them, taking into account the needs of the educational process and the requirements of specific educational institutions. The obtained results can be useful for mathematics teachers in educational institutions who are searching for modern information technologies to use in the educational process.

An article on the possibilities and prospects of using suggestive learning technology in the conditions of distance learning. Taking into account the circumstances that force male and female students in Ukraine to carry out educational activities mainly in the distance form of education, there is a loss of interest and motivation to study, and as a result, a loss of the quality of education. Therefore, teachers find and use such learning technologies that can activate the creative and intellectual sphere of activity of students and increase positive motivation for educational activities. As such technology, the authors proposed a suggestive technology, which differs from others in that its introduction into the educational learning process is carried out on the basis of emotional suggestion, which leads to over-memorization. The authors concluded that the introduction of suggestive learning into the educational process activates the creative and intellectual sphere of students, improves work efficiency and reduces fatigue, creates a positive emotional microclimate and makes the educational process more productive.
