DIGITAL DILEMMA: INVESTIGATING PARENTS' CONCERNS ABOUT PRESCHOOL TECHNOLOGY ADDICTION

In the digital age, technology use among young children has rapidly increased, raising significant concerns among parents about its potential impact on early development. This qualitative study explores parents' perceptions, anxieties, and coping strategies regarding technology addiction in preschool-aged children. Through semi-structured interviews with parents of children aged 3 to 6, the study identifies key themes such as fears of delayed social, emotional, and cognitive development, struggles with setting screen time boundaries, and the perceived conflict between technology's educational benefits and its addictive risks. It is a qualitative study and 10 parents participated the research. Findings highlight that while parents acknowledge the value of technology for learning, they also express concerns about excessive use, the impact on social skills, and the difficulty of maintaining a balanced rutine. Findings reveal that while parents acknowledge the role of digital tools in modern education, they express deep concerns over behavioral dependency, decreased physical activity, and impaired family interactions. The study highlights the need for increased parental guidance resources, balanced technology integration strategies, and support mechanisms within early childhood education frameworks to foster healthier digital habits. These insights contribute to understanding how families navigate the digital dilemma in the formative preschool years and underscore the importance of sustainable technology use for holistic child development.

Platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and messaging apps offer children authentic language exposure, often encouraging creativity and real-time engagement. However, concerns persist regarding the quality and appropriateness of language encountered, potential delays in formal grammar acquisition, and reduced face-to-face communication. It provides an overview of the key SFDR provisions, including disclosure requirements at both the entity and product levels, and examines the classification of sustainable financial products under Articles 8 and 9. Special attention is given to the challenges associated with the initial implementation of the SFDR, such as vague terminology, the limitations of the «comply-or-explain» approach, and the absence of mandatory external audits. The article analyses the axiocentric paradigm of formation of spiritual and cultural values as the conceptual core of sustainable development in the triune system of «education - science – business». The author substantiates the thesis that in the twenty-first century, traditional economic and technological models of sustainable development have exhausted their potential without a fundamental spiritual dimension that ensures subjective responsibility, ethical regulation and cultural legitimacy of transformation processes. It is argued that the formation of sustainable institutional models is possible only with the axiocentric integration of educational approaches, scientific integrity and business ethics in interaction with traditional spiritual systems (including universal humanistic and religious sources). The article considers the interrelationships between spiritual capital, environmental awareness and social sustainability based on the analysis of empirical studies that prove the priority of the spiritual component in ensuring long-term results of social development. The proposed synergistic model of the triunity (education - science - business) functions as a holistic axiocentric mechanism for the formation of a socially responsible personality capable not only of professional fulfilment but also of existential responsibility for the future of humanity and the planet.

FEATURES OF THE REORGANIZATION OF UKRAINIAN SMALL-SCALE SCHOOLS IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The article highlights the peculiarities of the reorganization of Ukrainian small-capacity schools in the current conditions. It is emphasized that such educational institutions traditionally perform not only an educational function, but also serve as cultural centers of communities, a place of socialization and the formation of local identity. The decision to stop funding small-capacity schools is one of many steps towards reforming the education system. But whether this step will be a positive shift or will exacerbate the problems of inequality - only time and the ability of local authorities to adapt to new conditions will tell. In Ternopil region, from September 2025, 32 schools will fall under the scope of the resolution. This is not the largest indicator. In particular, in the neighboring Lviv region, as many as 54 educational institutions are planned to be closed. It is noted that despite economic challenges, full access to quality education remains one of the key rights of citizens guaranteed by the Constitution. Therefore, it is important to find balanced solutions that will take into account both the need to improve the quality of education and the need to ensure its accessibility for all students, regardless of their place of residence.

This article is devoted to the study of the influence of powerlifting on the development of physical abilities of first-year higher education students. Given the relevance of maintaining physical fitness and psycho-emotional health of students during the period of adaptation to new learning conditions, powerlifting is an effective means of strengthening muscles, improving coordination, strength and endurance. The article examines the main powerlifting exercises, such as squats with a barbell, deadlifts and bench presses, which have a positive effect on the physical development of students, reducing the risk of injuries and improving the functional capabilities of the body. The assessment of the effectiveness of powerlifting classes was carried out through physical testing and comparison of results before and after training. The study showed that regular powerlifting training has a significant impact on the development of physical abilities, increases endurance and stability, and also has a positive effect on the psycho-emotional state of students. The article presents recommendations for optimizing the training process and the importance of powerlifting for improving students' health.

THE IMPACT OF STEP AEROBICS EXERCISES ON THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS

The article addresses the issue of improving the physical fitness level of higher education students in conditions of reduced physical activity. The results of a pedagogical experiment aimed at assessing the effectiveness of step aerobics exercises in the physical education system are presented. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of systematic step aerobics training on key indicators of students’ physical condition. The study involved higher education students aged 18–22 who participated in an eight-week training program using a step platform. Physical condition was assessed based on indicators of aerobic endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, coordination abilities, and fatigue levels. The findings revealed statistically significant improvements in all measured parameters in the experimental group compared to the control group. The results confirm the feasibility of implementing step aerobics as an effective and accessible means of optimizing physical education in higher education institutions.

STRENGTH FITNESS AS A KEY TO HEALTHY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AMONG UKRAINIAN YOUTH

The article examines the importance of strength fitness as one of the key factors in promoting a healthy lifestyle among Ukrainian youth. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of strength fitness on the level of physical activity and health among Ukrainian youth. The research analyzed the dynamics of physical indicators in university students who regularly engage in strength fitness training. The results demonstrate a positive influence of strength workouts on endurance, muscular strength, energy levels, and general well–being. It analyzes the impact of strength training on physical development, motor activity, and the psycho–emotional state of young people. The advantages of regular strength exercise are highlighted in the context of preventing hypodynamia and maintaining overall health. It has been proven that integrating regular strength fitness activities into youth lifestyles helps reduce physical inactivity and promotes the development of a healthy lifestyle.

The article considers the possibilities of using aerobics with elements of martial arts as an effective means of physical education of high school students with an emphasis on the development of strength qualities. The theoretical principles are determined, the impact of aerobic and combat exercises on the body of adolescents is analyzed, the physiological, psychological and social aspects of the training process are characterized. In conditions of martial law, special attention is paid to the formation of physical endurance, stress resistance and readiness of young people for unforeseen situations. Classes that combine dynamic aerobic exercises with applied elements of martial arts contribute not only to the improvement of physical indicators, but also to the development of discipline, willpower, responsibility. During the experimental study, the positive effect of such a technique on the development of strength in high school students, increasing motivation for physical education classes and improving the emotional state of students was confirmed. The results obtained can be used by physical education teachers, trainers and methodologists to improve educational programs in secondary education institutions.
