FINE ART AND SYNTHESIS OF ARTS – A FOUNDATION IN THE PROFESSIONAL FORMATION AND IN THE WORK OF AN ARCHITECT

The article examines the issue of a necessary component of the future profession of an architect, namely, mandatory pre-university training of future architect students: attendance at drawing art studios, children’s art schools, professional study of drawing, painting, composition, perspective and art history. This article examines the problem of primary art education and the necessity of in-depth study of professional disciplines for the formation and further development of the profession of an architect, which affect the entire further creative life of a future architect. The need to instill interest in fine arts in future students of creative universities from childhood is under consideration. We are talking about the need to visit art circles, art schools and studios, where students will be introduced to various types of fine arts and cultural heritage of the countries of the world. Studying in art schools, students get the first knowledge of drawing, painting, sculpture, art history, get acquainted with artistic materials, learn to master the rules of composition, the ability to think spatially, learn the basics of perspective. In the drawing classes, they get acquainted with the basics of building objects, and later, perform the most interesting stage of the work – chiaroscuro modeling of the form. In painting classes, they get acquainted with painting materials, with the basics of color science, the concept of colors – cold and warm, learn to understand color diversity and the language of expression. In art history lessons – with the world heritage of fine arts, with authors who worked in various types of art – painting, graphics, sculpture, architecture, decorative – applied and monumental art. All this necessary knowledge becomes the first step into the world of great art, the first step for admission to a higher educational institution. The article also considers examples of architectural objects, in the creation of which you can see the creative, artistic component in the education of an architect, as well as the influence and importance of artistic education in the design of architectural objects from the beginning of the design to its completion, examples of the use of the synthesis of architecture and fine art are followed. Examples are given of how a professionally educated architect can fulfill the tasks set before him with dignity, at a high artistic level, and his designed and completed works can take a worthy place, both in Ukraine and in the world architectural heritage.
