SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPETENCE AS ONE OF THE MECHANISMS OF ECONOMIC SOCIALIZATION OF YOUTH

Abstract

The article analyses socio-psychological competence as one of the mechanisms of the economic socialisation of youth during the period of systemic changes. It was found that the socio-psychological competence of an individual is a set of special communicative, perceptive, and interactive knowledge that enables an individual to navigate in social situations, maintain interpersonal relations (interaction, reflection of social evaluations, regulation of behavior, etc.), make correct decisions, and achieve defined goals.
