DISTANCE LEARNING IN HMEIs UNDER MARTIAL LAW

With the emergence of the coronavirus pandemic COVID-19 and the introduction of state quarantine, force majeure circumstances have arisen in which the full-time educational process has become impossible and distance education has become non-alternative. It is known that in army life any other unexpected and inevitable circumstances can be force majeure. Today, this is the introduction of martial law with numerous and inevitable disruptions of the educational process due to air raids. In this article, the authors introduce the useful experience of urgent implementation of distance learning in higher military educational institutions (HMEIs) in force majeure circumstances.
