Abstract

The article discusses the main features of preparing the management report in Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the main advantages and disadvantages. Were presented the main components of the management report should hold. The legislative aspect of this issue is analyzed, namely how it is treated, how it is regulated, which are the main features, etc. The conclusion is made about irregularity of preparation the management report by the different industries. The main five steps in preparing of the management report are outlined.
