Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of the introduction of virtual laboratory works at the Sumy State University in the course "Materials Science" for students of engineering and technical specialties. The analysis of advantages and disadvantages of electronic educational complexes in comparison with a traditional laboratory workshop is made. The importance of supplementing a real experiment with a virtual one is noted.
