Анотація. Професійна культура зазнає регулярних змін: природа професії вимагає постійного удосконалення її
теоретичної бази та модернізації способів виконання професійних завдань. Разом із тим, зміни, що відбуваються в
професійній культурі сьогодні, вирізняються своїм масштабом, глибиною та високою динамікою і викликані, переважно,
результатами глобалізації, впливом вестернізації (американізації) на організаційний контекст професійної діяльності та
розвитком технологій. Дія цих факторів також визначає й основні тенденції трансформації професійної культури.
Виявленню таких тенденцій присвячена дана стаття.
