Article retraction (withdrawal) policy

1. General provisions
The journal adheres to international standards of publication ethics, in particular the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and ensures the reliability of the scientific archive.
Retraction (withdrawal) of the article is carried out for the purpose of correcting the scientific record in case of significant violations or errors.

2. Grounds for retraction
The article may be revoked in the following cases:
• plagiarism;
• fabrication or falsification of data;
• double publication;
• significant methodological errors;
• violation of ethical standards of research;
• illegal authorship;
• failure to report a conflict of interest.

3. Review procedure
• Authors, editors, reviewers or third parties can initiate the review.
• The editors conduct a review and request an explanation from the author(s).
• The decision is made by the editorial board.

4. Editorial decision
Based on the results of the review, there may be:
• retraction is refused;
• a correction (Correction / Erratum) was published;
• a notice of concern (Expression of Concern) is published;
• a full retraction of the article was carried out.

5. Procedure for publication of retraction
In case of retraction:
• an official notice indicating the reason is published on the article page;
• the article is not deleted from the archive;
• The PDF file is marked as "REVOCATED";
• full bibliographic information is stored.

The Journal guarantees the confidentiality of the proceedings and the impartiality of decision-making.
