The article describes an overview of the possibilities and prospects for using tools with artificial intelligence in the context of studying physics, namely, the process of working with students of preparatory courses. A description of potential scenarios for the use of a chatbot (as an accessible and popular resource that exploits the functionality of generative intelligence) in the process of learning related topics from physics is presented.
