Condition and development prospect of the Kiev central part parks

Abstract

Necessity of consideration of parks of the central part of Kiev as uniform complex is proved. The problem of their development as an optimizing problem in a context of maintenance of all-round comfort of visitors is formulated for the first time. The technique of expert estimation of a parks conditions on the basis of the system approach is described. Results of research of a condition of parks are resulted. The technique of definition of the perspective style, based on multicriterial selection of the basic symbol, called to underline communication of parks with a city is proved. Variants of a symbol usage are described by working out of typical and author's elements of design of parks, variants of their placing are resulted. Offers on gardening of parks, a lay-out of paths, their placing on a relief are formulated. It is offered to use dynamic installations of separate elements. The design offers realizing the recommendations about development of parks are resulted. The technique of estimation expected is proved.
