The main advantages of using social networks are identified, in particular, access to educational resources, the possibility of online training, as well as expanding the client audience. Separately, risks are highlighted, such as the spread of misinformation, injuries from incorrect recommendations and emotional burnout of trainers due to constant online activity. It was found that the results of the study emphasize the importance of a careful and responsible approach to the use of social networks in the professional activities of fitness trainers, as well as the need to balance online activity and personal well-being. Social networks have significant potential for the development of a fitness trainer's career, but their use requires constant improvement to minimize risks and ensure the best results for both the trainer and his clients.
