Physical education and sports, active recreation, sports recreation - all this has an impact not only on the physical and emotional state of a person, but also is a great helper in learning. The article examines the impact of physical activity and mental load on the cognitive and mental functions of the body of young people. The analysis and results of scientific research suggest that it is physical culture and sports, in particular fitness, that help the human brain better absorb the necessary information. The mechanisms by which physical exercise contributes to improved learning are examined; the positive changes that occur during training in the brain. Practical recommendations for integrating active physical exercise into the educational process are also presented. A careful approach to the effective educational process of young people reveals how to help them use all their mental resources while studying at an educational institution.
