Abstract

The researches of films based on Heyisler alloy Co2CrGa, produced by discrete evaporation method in a vacuum chamber were done. It was found that the results of film’s composition obtained by electron-probe microanalysis and Auger-electron spectroscopy don’t correspond to the massive sample composition. To get film’s composition correct to that of the massive one it was proposed to increase the temperature of the evaporator.
