Протеїн A – це нативний та рекомбінантний протеїн бактеріального походження, що зв’язується з імуноглобулінами ссавців. У роботі наведено характеристику протеїну A, афінних сорбентів на його основі, переваги використання цього протеїну як ліганду в афінній хроматографії для очищення антитіл, виділення різних фракцій антитіл з сироватки крові, антитіл та імунних комплексів з плазми крові хворих людей в процесі імуносорбції.Посилання
