У статті розглянуто основні напрями, мету, завдання і проблеми адміністративного регулювання у сфері забезпечення транспортної безпеки України. Визначено склад системи забезпечення транспортної безпеки з позицій адміністративного права та теорії управління. Проаналізовано передумови, проблеми фінансування та нормативно-правового забезпечення транспортної безпеки.
