МІКРООРГАНІЗМИ – ДЖЕРЕЛО БІОЛОГІЧНОГО ЗАБРУДНЕННЯ ПАЛИВНО-МАСТИЛЬНИХ МАТЕРІАЛІВ У РЕЗЕРВУАРАХ ЇХ ЗБЕРІГАННЯ

З’ясовано, шо наявність у резервуарах біологічних забруднень, таких як, продукти корозійних процесів, мікроорганізми різного походження, смолисті відкладення паливно-мастильних матеріалів (ПММ), може призвести до їх руйнації та зниження кондиційності ПММ, що негативно впливає на безпеку польотів повітряних суден, функціонування спецавтотранспорту. Із зразків проб з авіаційним ТС-1 та дизельним паливами виокремлено та ідентифіковано дріжджеподібні гриби і бактерії: субстратспецифічний ґасовий гриб Hormoconis resinae (Cladosporium resinae) та бактеріальні культури як Грам-позитивних (Г+), Грам-негативних (Г–) так і Г-варіабільних «асоціацій». Виявлено, що ці мікроорганізми здатні до росту в присутності ПММ, формуючи з них потужні колонії з рухливими та нерухливими паличкоподібними бактеріями. На основі аналізу отриманих даних висловлене припущення, що у виявлених біологічних забрудненнях ПММ, мікроорганізми можуть спільно існувати тільки у складі біоплівок. Це припущення потребує подальшого дослідження, як і твердження про те, що здатність ПММ до адгезії є важливим етапом у процесі їх утилізації мікроорганізмами.
