The article examines the pressing contemporary issue of maintaining the mental health of children and adolescents within the framework of psychological support during various crisis experiences. The study analyzes the origins and conditions of life crises in younger populations based on their age. It explores the mechanisms by which a specific event evolves into a psychological trauma and subsequently into a crisis. The paper highlights the most significant stress-inducing areas in the lives of children and categorizes typical crisis situations for different developmental stages. Effective methods of psychological intervention and support for those undergoing crises are described. The findings emphasize the necessity of professional psychological guidance aimed at mobilizing the individual's adaptive and compensatory resources.
