The article examines the impact of crossfit exercises on the physical condition of high school students. Crossfit is a program of exercises for strength and endurance, which mainly includes selections of aerobic and strength exercises. The workouts include functional exercises and exercises that simulate movements from everyday life. The article revealed that crossfit develops dexterity, balance and flexibility in high school students. Crossfit exercises will also help reduce the risk of injury and improve overall health.
