Happily for English speakers, their language is internationally dominant in business. To put it bluntly, English is a top requirement of those seeking good jobs – and is often the language in which much of the business of “good jobs” is conducted. Unfortunately, business English is a language of many dialects. This paper concentrates on the two dominant terminologies (especially business-related terminologies) – used by Britons and used by Americans.
