The article reveals the components of work systems and the formation of a gifted personality in out-of-school education institutions. The analysis of models of the giftedness phenomenon, the essence of the concept of "giftedness" and its characteristic features are highlighted. Examples of gifted personality diagnosis methods are given; methods, techniques and effective forms of working with gifted children in out-of-school education institutions.
