MODERN DESIGN CONCEPTS AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN THE CREATION OF DIGITAL CLOTHING COLLECTIONS

The article presents the results of analyzing contemporary global and fashion trends, as well as conceptual approaches in designing modern clothing collections. It explores the formation of conceptualism and key concepts in 20th-century fashion. The analysis of the historical prerequisites for the development of conceptual approaches in fashion reveals the significance of critical directions and segments such as prêt-à-porter, surrealism, New Look, minimalism, punk fashion, androgyny. It has been determined that the conceptual approach is a defining factor in the creation of contemporary clothing collections by new-generation creative designers. The role of innovative technologies in designing relevant fashion clothing is highlighted, and the choice of presenting models through the creation of virtual shows is substantiated. It has been proven that the concept of virtual fashion is unique due to the use of 3D tools for the digital visualization of models, reducing material costs, and fostering a more flexible and responsible approach (sustainability, ecological awareness, technological development) to the production and realization of clothing. The purpose of this work is to conduct an analytical study of the development of trends and the transformation of key segments and conceptual directions in fashion from the 20th to the early 21st century to create innovative collections of virtual fashion clothing. The methodological foundation of the study is a systematic approach, incorporating methods of literary-analytical, system-structural, and comparative analysis, as well as the historical method. Methods of systematizing visual sources were employed. Descriptive and comparative-typological methods enabled the systematization of informational content on key concepts and contemporary fashion trends. Structural and morphological analysis of costume forms contributed to enhancing artistic expressiveness in the creation of modern collections. Monitoring was used to identify current fashion trends. The obtained results enabled the development of a digital collection, which was implemented and presented using digital tools in programs such as Clo3D, Daz3D, and Blender. The scientific novelty lies in the theoretical and practical integration of the philosophy of conceptual design with contemporary fashion trends, which opens up new opportunities for forming innovative approaches in clothing design. The use of conceptual approaches and innovative technologies enables the creation of cutting- edge clothing types that meet modern aesthetic requirements, convey meaning, and effectively promote the author’s idea. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the conceptual approach to the development of clothing collections at the intersection of aesthetics and innovative technologies. The results obtained allowed for the creation of a digital collection, which was implemented and presented using 3D tools. The combination of technology and creativity facilitated the creation of the author’s collection, "Chrome Couture," emphasizing the advantages of virtual fashion and its potential for further development.
