Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the formation of economic knowledge in children of the senior preschool age. Substantiated the importance of preschool age in the further socialization of the individual. Considered the concepts of economic thinking, economic consciousness and the possibility of their formation in the senior preschoolers. Emphasizes the psychological mechanisms of children's socialization and the importance of the formation of economic knowledge in the senior preschool children.
