Abstract

The article considers the main requirements of the modern labor market to the level of competence of management professionals, as well as analyzes the essence and content of professionalism, competence, professional competence, «soft skills», «hard skills», based on which the list of key components «hard» and «soft» skills, identified ways to develop them during the training of higher education in the field of management and administration.
