In the age of a knowledge-based society, the task of universities is not only to equip the graduate with knowledge and skills, but also to prepare him to deal with the dynamics and complexity of the modern world, i.e. enriching the student's personality with the so-called added value. Academic teachers - as people who interact with knowledge on a daily basis, transfer it and contribute to its creation - should first react to changes in the surrounding world (become their precursors), and then create conditions for the development of this added value (act as moderators).
