The article is devoted to analyzing the role of stakeholders in the higher education system and studying effective mechanisms for their interaction. The relevance of the topic is determined by the challenges faced by educational institutions in the context of the rapid development of the labor market and technology. The study emphasizes the importance of establishing dialogue among the main participants in the educational process: higher education institutions, employers, students, government institutions, and non-governmental organizations. Barriers and opportunities for collaboration that facilitate the integration of education with the labor market are identified. The research results confirm the significance of active stakeholder participation in the formation and implementation of educational strategies to improve the quality of specialist training. Particular attention is paid to the challenges that arise during interaction, as well as the necessity for regular updates of curricula according to market needs. The article contributes to understanding the importance of stakeholders in shaping competitive graduates and ensuring the sustainable development of the educational system.
