Abstract

The article is devoted to the characteristics of methods of prevention of emotional burnout of teachers of higher education institutions. A review of modern scientific literature devoted to this topic was carried out. The characteristics of three main groups of methods of prevention of professional burnout of teachers, who teach humanitarian disciplines, are given. The results of studies of the level of manifestation of this negative phenomenon in them before and after the use of special methods and mindfulness practices are given. The advantages of these methods are considered. Prospects for further research in the direction of applying the proposed groups of methods in the process of preventing emotional burnout of participants in the educational process have been determined.
