The article presents the results of diagnostic research into the features of career development of Ukrainian students in wartime, and concludes that there is a predominantly low level of subjectivity in matters of one's own professional future. It is determined that career guidance technologies are an effective means of activating educational motivation, outlining future prospects, and determining vectors of personal and professional development.
