MOTIVATIONAL ASPECTS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY MANAGERS IN CRISIS MINDS

Abstract

The article examines practical aspects of the application of motivational measures for the professional development of personnel in the crisis minds in which the Ukrainian economy finds itself. The normative and legal documents that regulate the areas of state support for the development of professional competencies of employees are summarized. The measures aimed at improving the professional competencies of managers in order to ensure the sustainable development of foreign economic activity and taking into account the prospects of Ukraine's entry into the innovative European space are substantiated.
