The article examines the role of linguistic clubs as an effective tool for developing the professional skills of future English language teachers. It describes the main functions and forms of activity of linguistic clubs, their impact on improving language competence, methodological skills, as well as communicative and leadership competencies of students. Special attention is paid to the integration of linguistic clubs into the system of professional teacher training, which contributes to the formation of innovative approaches to teaching English.
