GENDER FACTOR AS AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF PERSONALITY FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article considers the gender factor as an integral part of the successful development of the personality of the XXI century. With a strong legal framework, the problem of integrating gender component in education remains unsolved. Ensuring the democratic development of society in general and of each individual in particular is possible only in the context of gender equality and justice. Implementation of gender equality principles in the field of higher education and the determination of ways to implement the gender approach remain the priority tasks of the educational space of Ukraine. The article deals with the different ways of the methodical competence.
