Abstract

The article considers the problems of lifelong learning and the need to form a culture of education in society. The need to restore education, increase professional competence arises in the event of a clash with innovations in professional and personal life. Given the global nature of the changes taking place, the introduction of new technologies in all spheres of life comes an understanding of the need for continuing education as a condition for full innovative development of society, the basis of success of each individual.
