The article analyzes the concepts of «personality», «creative personality», «creative potential». The peculiarities of the development of creative potential in adolescence are monitored. Various scientific approaches to the definition of pedagogical conditions are considered. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of the creative personality of teenagers in the conditions of an out-of-school education institution are revealed.
