Abstract

This article draws on international theoretical research on digital competence development of students in higher education institutions, constructs a model of digital competence development of students in higher education institutions, designs an evaluation system and indicators for digital competence development of students in higher education institutions based on the model, and conducts experiments in the context of blended learning.
