Abstract

This article examines the peculiarities of the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in educational institutions in Germany. The latest scientific studies devoted to the problems of training scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in Germany are analyzed. Peculiarities of the professional development of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in Germany have been studied.
