The article examines the peculiarities of professional burnout of teachers, which arises as a result of the organization of the educational process in the conditions of blended learning. Definitions of the terms «burnout syndrome» and «blended learning» are given, one of the reasons for the occurrence of this syndrome is given. The article lists the external and internal conditions that have a negative impact on the teacher, the results of the conducted research are given.
