The article analyzes the use of information and digital technology services as a means of evaluating the effectiveness of the activity of a division of a scientific institution using the example of the Department of Open Education and Scientific of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of Natіonal Academy of Educatіonal Scіences of Ukraіne. The services of information and digital systems that can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the scientific activity of divisions of scientific institutions and institutions of higher education are considered – the website of the scientific institution, the Google Scholar search system, the electronic library, and the Facebook social network.
