The article analyzes the problem of using the ideas of Waldorf pedagogy in modern preschool education, in particular, the different-age group of the preschool education institution. The views of R. Steiner on the formation of personality and peculiarities of learning in a group of children of different ages are considered. The requirements for the educator and the group's developmental environment, their influence on the child's development, and the formation of his values are presented.
