MAIN TENDENCIES AND FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATION OF PROFESSIONAL JUNIOR BACHELORS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE MARTIAL STATE

Abstract

The article reviews some of the challenges of the education system in wartime conditions. The general provisions of United Nations (UN) Security Council Resolution 2601 (2021), which is recognized at the official level as a direct link between education and peace and security, are outlined. The main trends and peculiarities of the organization of education in vocational colleges of Ukraine are partially analyzed. It was established that the main task of education today is the psychological and pedagogical support of the participants of the educational process, the creation of a favorable environment for the acquisition of quality knowledge and competences in the conditions of martial law. It was determined that in the new educational paradigm, the student is not the object of educational influence, but the subject of cognitive activity, dialogic and interactive relations between the teacher and the learner determine the basic form of organization of the educational process.
