Abstract

The article is devoted to the results of study of the impact a psychological health of personality to the psychological readiness for creative professional pedagogical activities. The author defines the criteria of harmony of psychological health and indicators of psychological readiness of teachers for creative professional activity in the New Ukrainian school.

The author establishes the regularities of influence а psychological health of personality to readiness for creative professional pedagogical activity. The higher the level of psychological health of the teacher (healthy lifestyle, positive emotional states, willpower, creative realization, social adaptation), the more pronounced his psychological readiness for pedagogical creativity. The higher the level of psychological distress, the less this teacher is able to professional and pedagogical activities.
