Abstract

The present article deals with certain aspects of ensuring the territorial accessibility of school education in Ukraine, in particular at preschool institutions. The Estonian experience of implementing this principle in preschools and gymnasiums is revealed. It is emphasized that small steps can lead to major changes in education, in particular in the activities of local communities connected with the strategy of lifelong learning.
