Abstract

The paper describes the main provisions of a legislative regulation of termination of contract for the provision of telecommunications services. According to the results of the study, developed the theoretical provisionsto justify practical recommendations for improving the legal rules governing the termination of thecontract for the provision of telecommunications services. Identified areas for further research on the issues discussed.
