In the article the problem of raise of efficiency and quality of creation, manufacturing and maintenance of an aeronautics by control of its life cycle is observed. The basic attention is given questions of creation of the com-plex approach to working out of the theoretical and methodical bases of maintenance of tracking of an aero-nautics at all stages by its life cycle. Such system controls of aeronautics life cycle should provide implementa-tion of such factors of manufacture and aeronautics maintenance, as satisfaction to demands of growth of productivity of work and efficiency of all kinds of activity, economy labour, material, fuel and energy and finan-cial resources.
