The article deals with the analysis of the researches conducted in the field of the air traffic flow and capacity management in terminal control areas under uncertainty conditions. Traffic flows indicators, uncertainty factors and air traffic flow management in terminal control areas have been reviewed. Principles of improvement of air traffic flow and capacity management in terminal control areas have been analysed and conclusions regarding Ukrainian aeronautical system have been proposedReferences
