The article deals with the coexistence and interaction of philosophical-historical and historiosophical approaches to understanding the historical process in the lyric poetry of one of the most notable Ukrainian poets of the second half of the twentieth century B.Mozolevsky. His poetry about Scythia testifies to a powerful layer of mythological imagery, in particular, concerning the artistic depiction of individual human destinies.
