The influence of wood hydrolysates on the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus in surface culture

Abstract

It was found that the addition of wood hydrolyzates has a positive effect on the growth of the oyster mushroom, which leads to a faster accumulation of biomass and can be used for the utilization of wood industry waste and the production of food additives.
