Transformation of legal providing security of space activities

Abstract

The publication is dedicated to the transformation of the legal support for the safety of space activities. The development of legislative provisions on: state supervision of the safety of space activities; public safety and environmental protection; protection of space equipment and property of space activity subjects; notification of incidents and emergencies. The attention of scholars in the field of law is focused on the feasibility of studying insurance of risks during space activities in Ukraine, as well as liability for damage caused during space activities.
