Abstract

Two years of war (since the day of the large-scale invasion of the country sponsoring terrorism in Ukraine) have led to drastic changes in the security environment and, in particular, in the space activities of the leading countries of the world.  The legal basis of the use of space and satellite technologies as a new field of military confrontation is the object of this scientific study.
