Abstract

In recent years, modern airlines have experienced changes in the approach to economic security in commercial work from the classic one, which was formed in the late 80s with the start of the first online distribution systems, to a new paradigm, which affected channels and the approach to distribution, use of human resources and greater attention to minimizing the human factor. The 25-year period of complex independent systems in their essence and purpose ended with the mass introduction of web technologies, which created new prerequisites for competition in both the online distribution segment and the revision of commercial strategy and the impact of new tools on decision-making processes.
