CALS- technologies and air transport life cycle information support

Abstract

The acquisition of technical systems and their material and technical support requires the adoption of innovative approaches in the design, production and provision of logistics services for their operation. The article aims to contribute to an approach to acquisition called CALS, i.e. modern computer logistics, which can significantly improve the economics of acquiring complex technical systems. Integrated logistics support provided through the electronization of project and operational documentation, related to standardization and continuous modernization, offers amazing benefits.
